OUR PROCESS:

We provide an estimate for each fixture. Components and approaches vary widely so we take time at the beginning of the job to put together a work scope specific to your request. To start, email in a photo of the fixture and a little bit about what you need and we will respond with any questions. We may ask you to bring your fixture in to receive an estimate, similar to an auto repair estimate. Once we work out the details, we send over a formal estimate with request for 50% deposit. We do not start work until we receive your approval of the work scope, all design details and a deposit for the job. Lead times vary depending on the work scope and shop workload at the time of deposit, and starts once the fixture, details and deposit have been received by Dogfork. We will contact you for approval if anything comes up that would change the order’s pricing or details. Once complete, we send you an email with the final billing. Payment should be made before or at the time of pickup with the payment link provided. We look forward to working with you.
